Community Guidelines & Prohibited Activities

Foundational Principle: Azadkar is built to foster an authentic, reliable, dignified, and secure community of elite professionals.

The following activities are strictly prohibited across the platform:

• Any illegal conduct, fraud, forgery, identity theft, phishing, credential harvesting, money laundering, or manufactured financial transactions;
• Distribution of malware, ransomware, spyware, unauthorized penetration testing, or circumventing platform security mechanisms;
• Buying, selling, or unauthorized dissemination of private data or trade secrets;
• Willful infringement of copyright, patent, trademark, or proprietary rights;
• Academic dishonesty, proxy test-taking, fake certification, or unauthorized examination answer trading;
• Claiming another person's profile on another marketplace, placing a verification code on a profile the user does not own, or manipulating linked track records to mislead clients;
• Fabricating reviews, artificial rating manipulation, feedback collusion, or trading account reputation;
• Harassment, intimidation, extortion, doxxing, unlawful discrimination, or malicious defamation;
• Soliciting or executing communication or payments outside of Azadkar;
• Utilizing unauthorized scripts, scrapers, bots, or AI automation to game platform algorithms, generate spam, or bypass operational quotas.

Where reasonable grounds indicate statutory non-compliance, fraudulent conduct, or severe security hazards, Azadkar reserves the discretionary authority to reject, suspend, hide, or terminate projects and freeze associated accounts without requiring prior judicial process.
