Official International Terms for Azadkar Platform Effective Date: March 21, 2026 Governing Entity: ARYMU LLC (Wyoming, USA) / Azadkar Platform
Azadkar User Agreement
This User Agreement constitutes the foundational binding agreement between you (the "User") and the "Azadkar" platform. By creating an account, accessing, browsing, accepting or posting a project, purchasing credits or membership plans, using the platform wallet, taking skill verification tests, or utilizing any features provided by Azadkar, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Agreement and all referenced policies within the Azadkar Legal Center.
1. User Account & Identity Verification
Users are required to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information and maintain the security and confidentiality of their credentials. Each individual or entity may hold only one registered account. Transferring, selling, leasing, or sharing account access with third parties is strictly prohibited.
Azadkar reserves the right, at any time deemed necessary for security, financial transactions, milestone withdrawals, dispute resolution, skill integrity, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance, to demand official government-issued identification, financial records, or corporate representation documents, and may restrict access to any or all platform services pending satisfactory completion of review.
All actions initiated under an authenticated account—including proposal submissions, project acceptances, deliverable confirmations, payment release requests, internal messaging, file uploads, dispute filings, and contractual agreements—are conclusively attributed to the account holder, unless an unauthorized breach is reliably demonstrated and promptly reported to platform security.
Linked profiles on other marketplaces: Users may link their public profile on another freelance marketplace to their Azadkar account. By doing so, the user represents that the profile belongs to them and authorises Azadkar to read its public page to extract aggregate statistics. Ownership is confirmed with a one-time code the user temporarily places on that profile. The statistics shown belong to the source marketplace; Azadkar confirms ownership of the profile, not the accuracy of that marketplace's figures. These records are displayed separately from, and never replace, Azadkar's own ratings, reviews and badges. Azadkar may revoke or hide a link where there is reasonable doubt about ownership or accuracy, and may request evidence from the parties when ownership is disputed.
2. Platform Role & Status
Azadkar operates an intelligent technological, operational, and escrow framework designed to enable seamless collaboration between independent contractors (freelancers) and clients (employers). Unless explicitly specified in writing, Azadkar is not an employer, employee, partner, joint venturer, agent, or professional execution party to any client-freelancer contract.
3. Project Contract Formations
The scope of engagement, accepted proposal terms, exchange of internal communications, uploaded deliverables, contractual milestone approvals, and mutually agreed revisions documented within Azadkar constitute the binding terms of the bilateral contract between client and freelancer.
4. In-Platform Communication Mandate
To guarantee verifiable evidentiary audit trails and maintain milestone protections, all professional discussions and project-related interactions must be conducted exclusively through the official communication tools provided within Azadkar. Exchanging direct contact information or redirecting parties to external communication channels is strictly prohibited.
5. Payments & Escrow Wallets
All financial deposits, digital credits, escrow balances, service fees, and fund withdrawals are governed strictly by the "Milestone Escrow, Wallets & Refunds Terms".
6. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
All ownership rights in custom deliverables, user submissions, background IP, open-source and third-party resources, proprietary trade secrets, and artificial intelligence usage are governed by the "Intellectual Property & Confidentiality Policy".
7. Privacy, Data Governance & Artificial Intelligence
Data processing, voice AI assistant handling, indigenous model research, and operational security safeguards are governed by the "Privacy, Data & AI Systems Policy".
8. Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration
Disputes arising from projects or platform services are initially evaluated through Azadkar's internal dispute resolution mechanism. For matters subject to arbitration, users agree to submit to Azadkar’s independent arbitration process and accept the appointed arbitrator's ruling as final and binding.
9. Violations & Protective Measures
Azadkar reserves the right, upon detecting violations, fraudulent activities, security threats, identity impersonation, platform circumvention, or high-risk behavior, to issue formal warnings, delete offending content, restrict permissions, freeze financial transactions for investigation, or temporarily/permanently terminate accounts.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
For the international operations of Azadkar, unless mandatory statutory law requires otherwise, this Agreement is governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA (under ARYMU LLC). For Iranian domestic operations, it is governed by the applicable laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
This document constitutes an integral part of the Azadkar User Agreement. By registering, creating a milestone, or executing work on the platform, both employers and freelancers formally acknowledge and agree to abide by these clauses.
