Official International Terms for Azadkar Platform Effective Date: March 21, 2026 Governing Entity: ARYMU LLC / Azadkar Platform
Intellectual Property, Work Product & Confidentiality Policy
1. General Scope
This policy applies universally across all project categories and deliverable types, including software source code, digital designs, visual media, written content, audio, video, analytical models, datasets, architectural plans, and technical documentation.
2. Ownership & Transfer of Work Product
"Work Product" encompasses all creations, inventions, deliverables, and tangible outputs specifically created and delivered by a freelancer in the execution of an agreed project. Upon receipt of full and final payment by the client, all transferable economic and proprietary rights in the Work Product are transferred exclusively to the client to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, unless mutually agreed otherwise in writing.
Non-transferable moral rights of attribution remain governed by statutory intellectual property law.
3. Pre-Existing Intellectual Property
All code, libraries, templates, algorithms, development frameworks, and proprietary assets owned by a party prior to project commencement or developed independently outside the engagement remain the exclusive property of that respective party.
4. Third-Party & Open-Source Components
Freelancers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all open-source, Creative Commons, font, asset, dataset, or commercial licenses incorporated into deliverables. Any material license restrictions or attribution mandates must be transparently disclosed to the client prior to delivery.
5. Editable Source Files & Assets
Where reasonably necessary for the intended deployment, modification, compilation, or maintenance of a commissioned work, freelancers must provide full editable master files, unminified source code, vector graphics, and standard technical documentation as part of the contractual deliverable.
6. Strict Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality
All non-public project information, technical architectures, proprietary datasets, customer lists, business strategies, and trade secrets exchanged between parties must be kept strictly confidential and used solely for the performance of the engagement. Unauthorized disclosure or commercial exploitation of such confidential information is strictly prohibited.
7. Artificial Intelligence Usage
The utilization of AI tools in project execution is permissible unless expressly prohibited by the client's project specification. Regardless of AI assistance, the freelancer remains fully and directly liable for output quality, technical originality, third-party rights clearance, and compliance with contractual specifications.
