The name "Azadkar", along with associated wordmarks, logos, emblems, bespoke user interface designs, custom iconography, service names, and all visual identifying marks owned by or licensed to the Azadkar governing entity constitute protected brand assets.

This policy safeguards all legal rights arising from registration, commercial use, industrial property laws, trade dress standards, and applicable intellectual property conventions, regardless of whether formal trademark registration has been finalized in every respective territory.

2. Permitted & Fair Use

Users, clients, and freelancers may reference the name "Azadkar" in a factual, truthful, and non-misleading manner to accurately describe their professional presence, active projects, portfolio achievements, or verified commercial experience on the platform.

3. Prohibited Brand Usages & Infringement

Without express prior written consent from Azadkar, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using the Azadkar name, logo, or stylings in any manner that falsely implies formal endorsement, sponsorship, direct agency, employment, or official business partnership with Azadkar.
• Registering domain names, web addresses, social media handles, mobile applications, business entities, or service marks that are confusingly similar to, or incorporate elements of, the "Azadkar" brand.
• Altering, distorting, recoloring, or modifying Azadkar brand marks in promotional or public-facing materials.
• Using Azadkar trademarks in connection with illegal, defamatory, deceptive, or malicious activities.
