Azadkar Marketplace & Project Rules

1. Project Posting & Proposal Acceptance

Clients are strictly responsible for providing clear, factual, and non-misleading descriptions of requirements and project scopes. Freelancers are obligated to evaluate project requirements carefully and submit proposals that truthfully reflect their proven capabilities, realistic timelines, and fee requirements.

2. Defined Deliverables

The scope of a freelancer's contractual obligation is determined by the project description, accepted bid proposal, mutually agreed written amendments, and any explicit "Expected Deliverables" schedule established within the platform.

3. Project Milestones

A "Milestone" represents a structured operational or chronological partition of work. The creation of a milestone does not, in itself, constitute an automated release of funds or immediate due date for final payment, unless explicitly funded into escrow and authorized in accordance with platform payment terms.

4. Delivery, Review & Revisions

Freelancers must deliver completed work product conforming strictly to agreed specifications and in industry-standard, fully usable formats. Requests for revisions that fall outside the agreed initial scope require mutual written agreement and may involve additional milestone funding.

5. Exclusive In-Platform Communication

All project-related discussions, consultations, negotiations, and file exchanges must occur exclusively through Azadkar's official communication interface. Requesting, transmitting, publishing, or soliciting phone numbers, email addresses, external messaging handles, social media links, or any mechanism designed to conduct direct communications outside Azadkar is strictly prohibited.

Attempting to obfuscate contact details inside source code, images, usernames, encrypted text, or through third-party intermediaries constitutes a material contractual breach.

6. Non-Circumvention (24-Month Exclusivity Period)

Users who establish contact, negotiate, propose, or enter into any professional engagement through Azadkar agree that for a period of twenty-four (24) months following the date of first contact, all contracts, project extensions, subsequent engagements, and resulting financial payments arising out of that professional relationship must be conducted exclusively through Azadkar.

Attempting to bypass the platform, route payments externally, invoice through third parties, or circumvent service fees, escrow guarantees, or dispute arbitration mechanisms constitutes a fundamental breach resulting in immediate account termination and potential legal indemnification claims.

7. Evidentiary Audit Trail

All messages, file attachments, code commits, delivery versions, milestone approvals, payment events, and automated notifications recorded within Azadkar serve as the primary, verifiable evidentiary record in dispute resolutions, fraud investigations, and contract enforcement.
