Job Board Rules

Purpose: The job board is a place for genuine job ads from verified companies. These rules apply to every company that posts an ad and everyone who applies, alongside the User Agreement and the Community Guidelines.

1. Who can post

• Only company accounts whose owner has completed identity verification and whose company registration details have been verified by the platform team.
• The company must use its real name and logo and must not have an active warning card.
• Changing the company’s legal name, national ID or registration number withdraws company verification until it is checked again.

2. Ad content

• Every ad must describe a real, open position. Fake or duplicate ads, investment offers and network marketing are not accepted.
• Ads must not contain phone numbers, emails, website addresses, messenger IDs or social media handles. Candidates apply through the platform only.
• Discriminatory wording based on gender, age, ethnicity, religion, disability or marital status is not allowed.
• Salary, employment type, work arrangement and location must be accurate and current.
• Charging candidates any fee (registration, mandatory paid training, deposits or similar) is prohibited.

3. Review, payment and publication

• Every ad is reviewed before payment. If an ad is sent back, the reason is given and the company can fix and resubmit it.
• Once approved, the company can buy a listing plan and upgrades from its wallet until the payment window ends. If it does not pay in time, the ad returns to drafts.
• The approved text is what gets published; any change after approval needs a new review.
• Because review happens before payment, amounts paid for publication and upgrades are not refunded, except where the Payments, Wallet and Refunds policy provides otherwise.
• If the job board is paused, the paused time is added back to live ads and their running upgrades.

4. Applications and candidate data

• By applying, a candidate shares their name, verified mobile number, email and résumé with that company only, for that position only.
• The company may not use this data for anything other than hiring for that position, pass it on, or use it for marketing.
• Résumés are stored privately and can be downloaded only from the company’s hiring panel through short-lived links.
• A candidate can withdraw an application at any time; the company then loses access to their contact details and résumé.

5. Company social pages

• A company’s official social media pages appear only on job board pages and only while the job board is on. The company website counts as contact details and is not shown.

6. Removal and enforcement

• The platform may remove an ad that breaks these rules, has been reported or shows signs of fraud, and tells the company why.
• Serious or repeated violations may lead to withdrawal of company verification, account restrictions or the measures set out in the Community Guidelines.
