Official International Terms for Azadkar Platform Effective Date: March 21, 2026 Governing Entity: ARYMU LLC / Azadkar Platform
Privacy, Data Governance & Artificial Intelligence Policy
1. Data Collected
Azadkar processes account identification details, profile credentials, KYC verification documents, billing information, project specifications, proposal submissions, communications, attachments, support tickets, skill exam outcomes, and metadata generated through interactions with intelligent platform features.
Technical telemetry, including IP addresses, device signatures, browser identifiers, session timestamps, navigation events, and security access logs, is systematically collected to maintain system integrity.
2. Purposes of Data Processing
Collected data is utilized to establish and administer user accounts, deliver core marketplace features, execute project milestones, process escrow disbursements, conduct identity verification, deliver customer assistance, detect security threats, resolve disputes, analyze feature efficacy, and ensure compliance with statutory obligations.
3. Comprehensive Activity Audit Logs
User activities are compiled into reliable audit logs to ensure contractual verifiability. Relevant segments of these audit trails may be accessed and evaluated during dispute resolution, security assessments, or legal compliance reviews.
4. Artificial Intelligence Deployments
Azadkar incorporates artificial intelligence models for automated natural language processing, semantic matching, proposal summarization, voice assistance, and fraud detection. Execution of specialized AI capabilities may involve transient transmission of required data segments to secure processing providers.
5. Research & Development of Indigenous Models
Azadkar engages in ongoing research to advance specialized, high-performance language and matching models tailored to regional dialects, cultural nuances, and localized labor markets.
Public, statistical, aggregated, and de-identified data—from which direct personal identifiers (such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, and account numbers) have been systematically decoupled—may be utilized in research and model development. De-identified utilization focuses entirely on systemic patterns and algorithmic efficacy, rather than analyzing specific individuals.
6. Strict Exclusion of Sensitive Credentials
Passwords, cryptographic API keys, private credentials, banking numbers, sensitive KYC identity papers, and confidential project repositories are explicitly excluded from general model training datasets.
7. Voice AI & Telemetry Integrity
When utilizing voice assistant tools, audio samples, transcribed text, and command intents are processed through secure channels. For skill evaluations, automated telemetry (such as tab-switching frequency, latency, and interaction patterns) is monitored strictly to uphold testing authenticity.
8. Linked Profiles on Other Marketplaces
When a user chooses to link their public profile on another freelance marketplace, Azadkar reads that public page, with the user's consent, to extract aggregate statistics (such as years of membership, number of projects, rating and skills). Ownership is confirmed by temporarily placing a one-time code on that profile, and nothing is shown publicly before confirmation. Review texts and reviewer identities, contact details, earnings and images are not imported, and no password or account access on the other marketplace is requested. Users can hide these records or remove the link at any time; removing it deletes the stored data, keeping only the event history needed for security and dispute handling.
This document constitutes an integral part of the Azadkar User Agreement. By registering, creating a milestone, or executing work on the platform, both employers and freelancers formally acknowledge and agree to abide by these clauses.
