Membership Plans, Packages & Add-ons Terms

1. Subscription Tiers & Feature Allocations

Azadkar provides tiered service subscriptions (such as Free, Bronze, Silver, and Gold), alongside specialized add-ons and digital usage credits.

Pricing schedules, billing durations, proposal quotas, commission rates, AI assistant limits, Voice minutes, and skill verification tokens corresponding to each tier are specified transparently at the point of checkout.

2. Instant Activation & Non-Refundability

Subscription tiers and usage credits are provisioned and activated immediately upon confirmation of payment. Activated packages, consumed credits, and digital add-ons are strictly non-refundable, except where statutory consumer law mandates otherwise or in verified cases of technical billing failure caused by Azadkar.

3. Validity & Expiration

Allocated plan credits and promotional allowances must be utilized within their designated billing cycle. Unused monthly quotas do not roll over to subsequent billing periods unless expressly stated in plan terms.

4. Revisions to Pricing & Tiers

Azadkar reserves the right to modify future subscription pricing, quota allocations, and feature availability with reasonable advance notice.

5. Tax Obligations & Invoicing

Applicable statutory sales taxes, VAT, and official levies are calculated in accordance with relevant territorial jurisdictions. Each user maintains sole responsibility for independent tax filings and declarations regarding revenue generated through the platform.
