Dispute Resolution & Arbitration Rules

1. Filing Claims & Direct Negotiation

Before escalating to formal arbitration, clients and freelancers are required to make good-faith efforts to resolve disagreements directly using verifiable in-platform messages. If mutual agreement cannot be reached, either party may formally initiate a dispute claim via the platform dashboard.

2. Comprehensive Activity & Evidentiary Audit Trail

In evaluating disputes, Azadkar's trust and arbitration team reviews the comprehensive evidentiary audit trail, including project scope documentation, submitted proposals, message histories, uploaded deliverables, revision timestamps, milestone approvals, payment events, support tickets, skill exam outcomes, and system security telemetry.

3. Advisory AI Case Analytics

Azadkar utilizes specialized artificial intelligence algorithms to analyze case histories, deliverable timelines, and scope adherence, generating objective, non-binding analytical summaries. Such AI summaries serve purely as decision-support resources and do not constitute a binding ruling; human arbitrators retain full authority to accept, modify, or reject AI recommendations.

4. Binding Azadkar Arbitration

By entering into contracts through Azadkar, users agree that unresolved project disputes shall be submitted to Azadkar’s independent arbitration panel. Arbitrators are selected in accordance with established platform governance standards.

5. Decision Independence & Finality

Arbitration rulings are rendered based strictly on contractual terms, verified evidence, relevant platform policies, and independent professional judgment. Commercial teams, users, and automated AI systems are strictly prohibited from altering, overturning, or influencing an officially entered arbitrator ruling, which shall be final, binding, and immediately enforceable on platform escrow balances.
